WatSan Action's Solid Waste Management Program promotes waste as a resource and proper solid waste management practices. One of their on-going projects is teaching disadvantaged communities how to use waste as a resource. The people in the communities are taught how to clean and sew unsellable garbage into marketable products such as bags or pencil holders. The labels and tags shown here were produced to brand and explain these recycled products to the general public.
