Not only do the WatSan Action program leaders write reports each time they go to the field (approximately 2 or 3 times per week), but they are also required to write reports at the end of every week and month in addition to individual projects.

With four program leaders writing different reports using their own individual templates, it made it difficult for the Program Coordinator to gather and evaluate all of the data being reported and to write the quarterly and annual reports.

After working with the Program Coordinator to update the information that was being collected, standard templates were developed to streamline all reporting.
